Reservation is not confirmed until booking deposit has been received and a signed rental agreement has been secured.
Person signing the agreement and paying is required to be 25 years of age or older and a photocopy of an ID for the signer is required. The person signing the agreement must also be in residence throughout the duration of the rental and is responsible for all other guests. This a requirement by the City of Palm Springs for all vacation rentals.
Palm Springs Transient Occupancy Tax of 12.5% is mandatory by the City of Palm Springs and will be added to all stays under 28 days.

The interior design and furnishings are tasteful and comfortable. Each bedroom suite has its own full bath and walk-in closet. The master suite has a king bed with sliding doors opening to the pool, another suite with king bed and bathroom, another suite with queen beds and finale suite with two queen beds.
Bella Vista is a serene retreat where stress of everyday life melts away as you sit in the gazebo and watch the beautiful large Koi swim in their pond, and the waterfalls generate a soft, soothing sound. You will definitely feel the tranquility of the desert!
Additional features to the home include dual-zone heat and air conditioning, a three-car garage, an entertainment area in the family room complete with a 54” television, Blu-Ray player. There is also hi-speed wireless internet. The master bedroom features a 42” TV and 32” TV in the master bathroom, to enjoy while relaxing in the large soaking tub. The other 3 bedrooms, each have their own 38” TV's.
